据报道，SK集团计划向多家私募股权机构出售其韩国蔚山人工智能数据中心49%的股权。SK电讯与SK宽带拟于8月27日的董事会会议上批准该笔交易。KKR将收购29%股权，IMM投资与石桥资本组成的财团收购20%股权。交易估值约3万亿韩元，其中包含约1.2万亿韩元的增资。
