“台州发布”消息，台州市气象台已发布台风紧急警报，今年第18号台风“沙德尔”27日11时中心位于距离温岭偏东方向约320公里的海面上。预计将以每小时10公里左右的速度向西偏南方向移动，将于28日凌晨到中午在台州、温州一带沿海登陆。根据《台州市防汛防台抗旱应急预案》，经会商研判，市防指决定8月27日14时将防台风应急响应提升至Ⅰ级。
