8月26日晚间，无锡银行公告，2026年上半年，该行实现营业收入27.25亿元，同比增长3.01%；归属于上市公司股东的净利润14.18亿元，同比增长2.84%。
财报发布同日，该行董事会同意聘任顾帆洋为该行副行长，任职资格尚需国家金融监督管理部门核准。顾帆洋生于1989年10月，研究生学历，硕士学位，经济师职称，其现任无锡银行党委委员、锡山区支行行长。
