北京商报讯（记者 李晗）8月26日，新城控股发布半年度业绩报告显示，1—6月新城控股营业收入约176.44亿元，同比下降20.16%；归母净利润约8.49亿元，同比下降5.15%；归属于上市公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润约为8.86亿元，同比下降6.42%。
