Claude 更新了跨 Claude Chat 和 Cowork 的统一记忆功能，用户现在可以自己决定让 Claude 记住哪些内容。
记忆管理更细
设置中新增了敏感话题记忆开关，记忆内容按类别拆分，并在设置里增加了独立标签页。
用户可以直接在记忆浏览器界面告诉 Claude 要记住什么，管理方式更直观。
