格隆汇8月21日丨新特能源(01799.HK)宣布，因须投入更多时间于个人家庭事务，南新建已辞任公司总经理、执行董事及董事会薪酬与考核委员会委员之职务，自本公告日期起生效。南新建辞任後仍将在公司担任其他职务。王斌已获委任为总经理，任期自本公告日期起至第五届董事会任期届满为止。
