8月21日，国家金融监督管理总局长治监管分局行政处罚信息公开表显示，恒邦财产保险股份有限公司长治中心支公司因给予投保人保险合同约定以外的保险费回扣或者其他利益被罚款14万元。责任人郭某被警告，罚款4万元。
