8月21日，经纬辉开（300120）发布公告，公司决定终止在大丰经济开发区投资建设复合铜（铝）箔制造项目。
公告提到，自相关框架协议签署以来，公司对该项目进行前期市场尽调、技术研发和厂房装修工作。公司综合考虑本项目研发及产业化进展、市场环境和后续投入效益等因素，决定终止该项目并推进相关退出工作。
2026年一季度，经纬辉开实现收入6.76亿元，归母净利润311万元。
