蓝鲸新闻8月21日讯，近日，中国证监会北京监管局发布行政监管措施决定书，剑指国新证券股份有限公司。
决定书显示，国新证券在证券发行保荐个别项目中，存在函证程序执行有瑕疵、对销售收入真实性核查不充分、对发行人信息系统核查不到位、持续督导履职不审慎等情况。
以上行为违反了《保荐人尽职调查工作准则》《证券发行上市保荐业务管理办法》的相关规定。
针对上述违法行为，中国证监会北京监管局对国新证券采取监管谈话的行政监管措施。
