近日，胖东来创始人于东来称，许昌生活广场店将于2026年12月关闭。日前，店外出租车司机称：“很不舍，除了周二闭店基本都会来，收入有一半多都是拉去胖东来的客户，生活广场店更亲民、更接地气，和其他店不一样，本地人最喜欢这里。”
