格隆汇8月20日丨中国三迪(00910.HK)宣布，潘伟刚已辞去公司公司秘书职务，自2026年8月20日起生效。王薇已获委任为公司秘书，接替潘伟刚的职务，并根据联交所证券上市规则第3.06(2)条项下，自2026年8月20日起，担任公司郭加迪及王超的替代授权代表。
