每经AI快讯，8月20日，上海新阳(300236.SZ)公告称，公司董事会审议通过调整上海化学工业区建设项目产能布局并追加投资。项目总投资由5.8亿元调整为10.5亿元，新增芯片铜互联电镀液产能5000吨/年，光刻胶稀释剂产能由1万吨/年调减至5000吨/年。调整后规划总产能为3.05万吨/年，建设工期为2026年9月至2028年6月，2028年底投产。
