山东聊城男子刘某制止家暴被判故意伤害一案引发热议，近日网传“刘某是台球厅老板、早就认识女孩”，对此，刘某澄清，事发时台球厅的门店尚未租下，他与被打的女孩素不相识。该案一审认定其构成故意伤害罪、免予刑事处罚，二审发回重审，8月18日开庭后休庭延期审理。
