格隆汇8月20日｜三星晶圆代工近期在SAFE Forum 2026论坛上更新技术蓝图，调整1.4纳米量产时间，目前已预告预定2029年量产，相关目标将晚于台积电约一年（台积电A14计划于2028年如期进入量产）。三星晶圆代工最初在2022年曾发布新闻稿预告，2纳米2025年量产以及1.4纳米2027年量产。
