证券日报网讯 8月19日，健之佳发布公告称，公司担保系为集团合并报表范围内公司提供的担保，不涉及集团外担保。截至本公告披露日，包括本次担保在内，本公司及其控股子公司对外担保总额为169，807.40万元，占公司2025年度经审计净资产的比例为63.53%；本公司及其控股子公司对外担保实际担保余额为112，806.22万元，占公司2025年度经审计净资产的比例为42.20%。截至本公告披露日，公司不存在逾期对外担保。
