8月19日，鼎泰高科（301377/01377）发布公告，公司召开职工代表大会，经与会职工代表认真审议，一致同意选举王逸飞担任职工代表董事，任期至第三届董事会任期届满之日止。
王逸飞，1998年出生，曾任公司财务部会计，公司经营管理部经管工程师。
2026年中期，鼎泰高科实现收入19.43亿元，归母净利润6.79亿元。
