8月19日，赛意信息（300687）发布公告，公司（乙方）与W公司（甲方）签订了两份高性能算力服务合同，合同总金额为64.5亿元（含税），相当于公司2025年度经审计营业收入的311.11%，服务期限为60个月。截至本公告披露日，合同已满足全部生效要件，现已正式生效。
2026年一季度，赛意信息实现收入4.83亿元，归母净利润3157万元。
