8月18日，诚志股份（000990）发布公告，公司决定终止全资子公司诚志创新参与设立青岛鼎荣新兴私募股权基金合伙企业，不再推进鼎荣新兴基金的设立、备案及后续相关工作。
公告指出，鼎荣新兴基金尚未设立，也未在中国证券投资基金业协会办理登记备案手续，未开展实质性运营，诚志创新也未向鼎荣新兴基金实际出资。
2026年中期，诚志股份实现收入61.47亿元，归母净利润2.90亿元。
