近日，河北11岁男孩王沐在游泳馆浅水区被直径约15厘米的排水口吸住左臂，挣扎3-5分钟后溺亡。母亲和教练等3名成人因吸力太大无法救出，关闭水阀后男孩已无生命体征。排水口无防护且现场无救护人员。警方已以重大责任事故案立案调查。（微泰州）
