人民财讯8月13日电，杰瑞股份(002353)8月13日披露半年报，公司2026年上半年实现营业收入76.46亿元，同比增长10.81%；归母净利润11.96亿元，同比下降3.65%；基本每股收益1.18元。公司拟每10股派发现金红利1.5元（含税）。上半年公司归母净利润下降主要系地缘冲突导致的油气工程项目交付延期、汇率波动、出售光明能源公司等因素综合影响。
