人民财讯8月11日电，近日，工研拓芯宣布完成亿元A轮融资。本轮融资由策源资本、洛阳科创集团、华天电子集团、农银国际联合投资。融资资金将主要用于100G、200GDriver/TIA套片的规模量产，并持续投入下一代LPO/LRO/NPO及先进光电封装技术研发。
