上午缅时8点，大会在庄严的区歌声中拉开帷幕。
会上，培训班队长宣读了详细的学习培训计划，明确了为期45天的培训目标与任务。学员代表及班长代表依次登台表决心，表示将珍惜机会、刻苦钻研、团结互助、圆满完成培训任务的坚定决心。
