当地时间9日，俄罗斯别尔哥罗德州代理州长舒瓦耶夫通报称，当天凌晨，乌军对别尔哥罗德市发动袭击，目前已造成3人死亡、5人受伤。
舒瓦耶夫称，过去24小时内，乌军对该州发动了146次袭击，共有162架无人机被击落或压制。
