今年第13号台风“白海豚”（强台风级）来袭！预计台风登陆后强度逐渐减弱，移动路径仍存在较大不确定性。预计8月11至14日给我省大部地区造成强风雨影响；另一种可能是继续向西偏北方向移动，预计11至13日主要给鲁南地区带来较强降水。
