每经AI快讯，台风“白海豚”（强台风级）今天（8月8日）17时位于温州偏东方向约442公里的洋面上，较大可能于9日晚上到10日早晨在苍南到象山一带沿海登陆。受其影响，预计今天夜里温州市有中到大雨部分暴雨，9日大暴雨部分特大暴雨，10日暴雨到大暴雨。根据《温州市防汛防台抗旱应急预案》，经会商研判，温州市防指决定于8月8日18时起将防台风应急响应提升为Ⅰ级。
