记者从自然资源部获悉，国家海洋预报台今天（8日）16时将风暴潮警报升级为橙色。受台风"白海豚"影响，预计8月8日下午至9日夜间，江苏南通到浙江宁波沿海将出现80到180厘米的风暴增水，浙江台州到温州沿海将出现150到320厘米的风暴增水，福建沿海将出现50到130厘米的风暴增水。浙江省宁波市和台州市的风暴潮预警级别为橙色。
