格隆汇8月7日丨高维科技(02086.HK)宣布，鉴于现有办公室租赁协议即将于2026年8月7日届满，龙杰智能卡(作为承租人)与出租人就位于香港的该等租赁物业(九龙九龙湾宏泰道23号Manhattan Place 41楼4107–4110室(「该大厦」))而言订立了租赁协议，初始租期为2026年8月8日至2029年8月7日(包括首尾两日)。租金合计约为每月171,200港元。
