人民财讯8月7日电，中国建筑(601668)8月7日公告，控股股东中建集团与中国工商银行股份有限公司达成合作意向，中国工商银行股份有限公司北京市分行已向中建集团出具《贷款承诺函》，承诺对中建集团增持公司股份事项提供贷款支持，贷款金额不超过9亿元且最高不超过增持实际使用资金的90%，专项用于中建集团在A股市场增持公司股份。
