8月7日，赤峰黄金(600988.SH)公告称，公司控股子公司万象矿业与中铁十九局集团老挝独资有限公司签订矿山开拓及采矿服务合同，合同总金额约2.2亿美元(约15.01亿元人民币)，期限自合同生效起至2032年3月31日。合同旨在保障塞班金铜矿生产连续性及产能利用率，若顺利履行将对公司当期和未来业绩产生积极影响。
