2026年8月4日，青岛天能重工股份有限公司（300569.SZ）发布公告称，公司全资子公司德州新天能新能源有限公司近期根据税收法律法规开展涉税事项自查，需补缴税款及滞纳金共15,879,209.58元。截至公告披露日，上述税费及滞纳金已全部缴纳，本次补税不涉及行政处罚。
