韩国交易所7月31日宣布，因主要股指期货价格快速上涨，KOSPI和KOSDAQ市场先后触发“边车”（Side-car）机制，暂停程序化买入订单5分钟。
KOSPI市场于当天9时6分02秒触发机制，KOSPI200期货价格报997.50点，较基准价格867.60点上涨129.90点，涨幅14.97%。
KOSDAQ市场于9时6分03秒触发类似机制。KOSDAQ150期货价格报1163.80点，较前收盘价1064.40点上涨99.40点，涨幅9.33%。
