7月30日，宏华数科（688789.SH）公告称，2026年7月30日接到股东新湖智脑通知，其于7月28日解除质押公司股份11,211,080股，占其所持股份比例99.96%，占公司总股本比例6.22%。7月29日又质押该部分股份给中信银行杭州分行用于融资担保。截至公告披露日，新湖智脑持有公司股份11,216,124股，占总股本6.22%，累计质押11,211,080股，占其持股总数99.96%，占公司总股本6.22%。
