鹰美(国际)控股公告称，安永会计师事务所将在股东周年大会上退任公司核数师，且愿获续聘。董事会建议续聘其为核数师，任期自股东周年大会结束起至下届股东周年大会止，并授权董事会厘定其截至2027年3月31日止年度酬金。预计审计费用介乎约400万-450万港元，较2026年或增加约49.7万港元，增幅12.4%，主要因通胀及审计工作量或增加。
