7月24日，汇丰控股（00005.HK）在港交所公告，汇丰集团已同意将汇丰人寿保险（新加坡）私人有限公司出售予安联，代价为27亿新加坡元（21亿美元），待监管机构批准后，预期于2027年上半年完成。出售事项预期为汇丰集团带来18亿美元的除税前收益，并估计其普通股权⼀级资本比率因此上升最多15个基点。完成后，汇丰与安联将订立为期15年的独家银行保险分销协议，据此，汇丰将继续向其在新加坡的客户分销优质保险产品。于订立分销协议时，汇丰将获得2亿新加坡元（2亿美元）的初始一次性现金付款。
