近日，沈阳市自然资源局官网发布“皇姑区公办养老机构地块选址方案批前公示”。
单元范围：东至长大铁路，南至中央路，西至沈飞机场，北至三环高速公路，用地面积15.6平方公里。
地块范围：东、西、南、北至用地界线，占地面积约1.59公顷。
调整内容：为加快项目落地，填补皇姑北部区域养老设施服务空白，经皇姑区申请，拟将公办养老机构地块选址在此地块，并将地块1.59公顷公用设施用地（U）调整为1.59公顷社会福利用地（A6）。
