華勤技術公告称，2026年7月22日，公司全资子公司華勤通訊通过场内交易，收购445.16万股晶合集成H股，占其已发行股本总额约0.20%，总代价约1.44亿港元，每股均价约32.39港元。收购完成后，集团持有晶合集成已发行股本总额约10.82%。此次收购与先前收购事项合并计算，构成须予披露交易，获豁免股东批准。收购表明集团对晶合集成前景有信心，拟深化产业链协同。
