7月21日，A股三大指数早盘集体上涨，截至午间收盘，上证指数涨0.62%，深证成指涨3.41%，创业板指涨5.2%；北证50涨1.14%。沪深两市成交额约20009.34亿元，较前一个交易日放量约3305.01亿元。截至午盘，全市场2603只股票上涨、2804只股票下跌，其中46只涨停、24只跌停。
板块方面，大基金系、HBM、CPO、半导体、电子化学品、电子等行业以及概念涨幅居前；石油、水电、CRO/CMO、石油石化、化学制药、公用事业等行业以及概念跌幅居前。
