中建富通公告称，因需更多时间准备及落实将载入通函的若干资料，公司已向联交所申请豁免严格遵守上市规则第14.41(a)条规定。7月16日，联交所基于公司将在7月23日或之前向股东寄发通函而授出豁免，若公司情况有变，联交所可变更或撤回豁免。
