7月17日，中研股份（688716）发布公告，高芳因工作调整申请辞去董事会秘书一职，之后继续担任公司董事职务并将在公司从事其他工作。
同时，公司召开第四届董事会第十四次临时会议，同意任刘尧通为董事会秘书，任期自董事会审议通过之日起至第四届董事会任期届满之日止。
2026年一季度，中研股份实现收入6563万元，归母净利润-481万元。
