齐鲁网·闪电新闻7月16日讯 朋友们重磅好消息，准备换房、改善住房的家庭，真的赚大了！近日，国家税务总局发布公告，卖房买房退个税政策顺延到2027年12月31日！只要你从今年1月1号开始，到2027年12月31号之间，先卖掉旧房，在一年之内买新房，之前卖房交的那笔个税，就能退回来。
