齐鲁网·闪电新闻7月16日讯 德州交投公交集团发布消息，为关爱无偿献血者，自7月15日起，凡当年度在德州累计献血满400毫升的市民，持本人身份证、无偿献血证、2寸近期免冠彩色照片和10元卡押金，可到德州交投公交客服大厅、市政务服务中心53号窗口或陵城公交枢纽，办理免费乘车卡。
