7月16日，临近尾盘，沪深300ETF华泰柏瑞、中证1000ETF南方、中证500ETF南方等多只宽基ETF出现明显买盘，沪深300ETF华泰柏瑞、中证1000ETF南方等今日成交额较昨日显著放量，分别由昨日的34.98亿元、36.69亿元增至79.09亿元、56.45亿元。半导体、芯片等主题ETF今天普跌超5%，7月以来累计跌幅在20%以上；港股互联网板块继续回暖，7月以来，多只港股互联网主题ETF累计涨超17%。
