受今年第9号台风“巴威”影响，辽宁、吉林多地遭遇强降雨，引发洪涝灾害。

7月14日白天，辽宁省主要降雨区出现在辽宁东部地区，丹东、抚顺、鞍山、本溪平均降雨量居前。受强降水影响，浑河、辽河、清河等河流出现洪水过程。截至当日16时，全省本轮降雨已转移人口372215人，防汛形势极为严峻。
面对如此严峻的汛情，网络上却出现了“玩梗”的声音。

此外，还有不少自媒体、营销号剪辑洪涝现场画面，搭配欢快的配乐，将内容包装成搞笑短视频。在这类视频的评论区里，还充斥着各类戏谑玩梗的留言。
Content creators and commercial social media accounts have repackaged footage of the flooding into lighthearted videos set to upbeat music. The comment sections beneath these posts show some netizens are similarly making little of the flooding's seriousness by leaving comments filled with jokes and playful remarks.

有网友认为，东北人乐观松弛的处事态度值得称赞，但不应该成为灾难娱乐化的理由，希望大家将目光回归到此次洪灾本身。
In response, many other netizens have called for an end to the trivialization of the flooding in Northeast China.
Some argued that while the region's resilience and optimism are widely admired, they should not be used to justify turning people's suffering into entertainment. Instead, they urged the public to focus on the disaster itself and the hardships faced by those affected.
极目新闻评论称，灾难不是什么大型真人秀，洪流的挣扎与突围关乎生死、关乎民生，岂能变成一个个博人一笑的“热梗”？众多网友自发呼吁禁止娱乐化东北洪灾，可见大家已经意识到这一看似好玩的集体行为，背后潜藏的深层危害。
灾难当前，我们应聚焦于防汛避险信息的扩散、救援通道的畅通、物资需求的对接，以及灾后重建的长期支援，用理性的关注和切实的行动，给受灾群众以坚实的支撑。
