7月15日，济南的刘女士反映，2025年5月购买了一辆奥迪Q5L，行驶4个月后，发电机损坏。2026年6月在行驶中紧急停刹，故障灯全亮不能行驶，4S店工作人员表示是ABS模块损坏，目前已经更换完毕，可以送给车主一次保养，零件延保一年。对于车主的退车诉求，双方目前还在协商中。
