Seyond Holdings公告称，7月15日公司回购198,500股股份，每股回购价在2.68-2.73港元，付出价格总额539,370港元。此次回购后，已发行股份（不包括库存股份）减少198,500股至1,308,585,753股，库存股份增加至2,099,000股。公司于2026年6月18日通过回购授权决议，可回购股份总数为130,445,700股，截至7月15日，累计回购971,500股，占决议通过当日已发行股份（不包括库存股份）的0.0745%。新股发行或库存股份再出售或转让暂止期至2026年8月14日。
