7月15日，德祥地产在港交所公告，贺学初已获委任为公司执行董事兼董事会联席主席，自2026年7月15日起生效。贺学初，63岁，于2002年至2005年期间曾担任吉利汽车执行董事兼董事会主席。彼亦曾于2007年至2024年担任洪桥集团执行董事兼董事会主席。
