当地时间7月6日，由英国德比大学国际商学院（International Business School， University of Derby）、上海高校智库浦东研究院（Pudong Research Institute， member think tank of Shanghai universities）和上海中医药大学中医药国际化发展研究中心（Center for International Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine）共同发起并组织研究编制的《环太投资价值指数》（Pacific Rim Investment Value Index， PRIVI）与《环太生命安全指数》（Pacific Rim Life Safety Index， PRLSI）在英国德比正式发布。
来自英国、爱尔兰、中国等国家的高校、金融机构、企业及智库近50位代表出席发布会，围绕长期投资价值、区域生命安全与全球可持续发展等议题展开深入交流。
两项指数分别聚焦长期投资价值与生命安全治理两个全球性议题，旨在为环太平洋地区乃至全球提供兼顾经济发展与公共安全的系统性评价工具，推动国际投资决策更加关注长期价值创造，同时为区域生命安全治理提供可比较、可追踪的量化参考，为全球可持续发展和国际合作提供新的决策支持。
