2026年6月份，本集团取得物业合同销售额人民币8.39亿元，同比减少为20.0%；合同销售建筑面积124,232平方米，同比减少为22.4%；每平方米平均销售价格为人民币6,753元，同比增加为3.1%。
截至2026年6月30日止6个月，本集团已取得物业合同销售总额人民币37.55亿元，同比减少为15.5%；总合同销售建筑面积567,933平方米，同比减少为19.8%；每平方米平均销售价格为人民币6,612元，同比增加为5.3%。
