人民财讯7月12日电，今年第9号台风“巴威”中心已离开我省台风警戒区，福建省气象台7月12日16时解除“台风预警Ⅳ级”，继续发布“暴雨预警Ⅳ级”。根据《福建省防汛抗旱防台风应急预案》，福建省防指决定于12日16时终止防台风应急响应。
