7月10日，中国证监会国际合作司发布关于SHEIN Global Holdings Limited（希音国际控股有限公司，以下简称“希音国际”）境外发行上市备案通知书，希音国际通过境内运营实体广州希音国际进出口有限公司提交的境外发行上市备案材料收悉。希音国际拟发行不超过3.42亿股境外上市普通股并在香港联合交易所上市。
